Solutions · Networks and Franchises

One brand. Dozens of recruiters.

Every franchisee and every site director hires and manages alone. Your brand bears the consequences. T8® gives the entire network a shared standard, without adding weight to anyone.

01 · The situation

You do not hire. But every hiring mistake costs you.

In a network, headquarters does not run the interviews. Franchisees, store directors, and site managers make the calls, each with their own method, their own instinct, and their own level of experience.

The result: uneven hiring from one location to the next, turnover that varies threefold across sites, and managers left to onboard and run their teams on their own. And a customer experience that depends on which location you walk into.

Recruitment is decentralized

Every location decides on its own, with no shared method.

Turnover is local, the cost is network-wide

Every departure hurts the location's profitability and the brand's image.

Network headquarters is flying blind

No visibility into hiring quality or how teams are built across the network.

02 · The solution

One standard for the network. One simple tool for each location.

T8® equips every entity in the network with an autonomous space, and headquarters with a consolidated view. You define the standard once; each location applies it without heavy training.

Standard job profiles at the network level

Define your reference profiles (sales associate, site manager, assistant manager) once. Each franchisee then hires by comparing candidates to that standard: fit score, tailored interview questions, a five-minute read.

One workspace per entity

Each franchisee or subsidiary manages its candidates and team in its own space. Data is siloed, GDPR compliance is handled per entity, and no location can see another's data.

A manager's playbook for every new hire

The site director knows how to onboard and manage each recruit from day one. Practical, actionable, jargon-free.

The network headquarters view

A consolidated map: team composition by location, strategic profiles, sites under strain. You steer with data, not field hearsay.

03 · Who does what

You deploy. They use.

Network headquarters

  • Defines the reference profiles for each role
  • Rolls the tool out to the whole network at once
  • Tracks the consolidated network view
  • Negotiates a single network rate

The franchisee / the location

  • Compares candidates to the standard in a few clicks
  • Gets a ready-to-use space, onboarding in 30 minutes
  • Manages its hiring and team independently
  • Has nothing to buy or configure

You bring the method to the network. Each location draws the value from it every day.

04 · Network use cases

Three situations where the network wins.

Opening a new location

The franchisee hires the entire starting team by comparing candidates to the brand's reference profiles. They open with a balanced team, not a gamble.

A location in difficulty

Team mapping reveals what the numbers do not: redundant profiles, unmanaged tensions, a missing link. The network coordinator steps in with a diagnosis, not a hunch.

Internal mobility across the network

An assistant manager ready to run a location? Profile data makes the decision objective and de-risks the promotion: the network's pool of future managers becomes visible.

05 · Deployment & model

A rollout built for networks.

Per-entity pricing, decreasing with network size

A framework agreement at the network level, with simple billing.

Automated onboarding

Each new location is up and running in under an hour. No IT project, no change management.

Launch support

A franchisee training webinar, an internal communication kit, and dedicated network support.

Data security

GDPR compliance per entity, strict siloing between locations, and data encrypted at rest and in transit.

06 · The method

A reliable measure, delivered simply.

The T8® method is built on validated psychometric models and an actionable read. No gimmick typology: a serious measure, delivered simply so it can be used in the field.

07 · Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Do franchisees need to be trained?

No. The tool is designed to be used without expert training. A 45-minute webinar is enough to launch a network.

Can each franchisee see other locations' data?

No. Each entity has its own siloed space. Only network headquarters can access the consolidated view, in full GDPR compliance.

Who pays: headquarters or the franchisees?

Both models exist. The most common: a framework agreement negotiated by headquarters, then re-billed to or covered for franchisees, depending on the brand's policy.

Does it fit multi-subsidiary groups, not just franchises?

Yes. The logic is the same: autonomous entities, a shared standard, a consolidated view. Groups, holdings, company-owned networks, and cooperatives all use the same architecture.

Can we start with a few pilot locations?

Yes, and it is recommended. Three to five pilot locations over a quarter, then roll out to the network with results in hand.
