(101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States), acting as a proxy/CDN and security provider (anti-abuse protection, filtering). Cloudflare is not the data host in the legal sense; it provides traffic routing and protection.

All elements making up the Site and the Services — structure, texts, report content, visuals, graphics, logos, brand guidelines, databases, code — are protected by copyright, trademark law and database rights. These elements are the exclusive property of VSI INNOVATION or are licensed for its use.

Generated reports include the notice “All elements and visuals in this report are protected by copyright” and “T8® certified report”. The analytical and editorial content of the reports is the publisher’s primary asset and may not be reproduced, extracted, resold or reused without prior written authorization, subject to the usage rights granted to customers under the Terms and Conditions.

The trademarks DISCpro® and T8® are cited and/or used in connection with the Services. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
