What is T8®?
T8® is an online platform for generating DISC reports using the original DISCpro® method, designed for consultants, firms, HR teams and training centres. T8® lets you run a behavioural assessment and produce personalised reports in minutes, fully self-service and with no installation required.
How does T8® work?
With T8®, you send a test link to the person being assessed, they complete an online questionnaire of about 20 minutes, and the DISC report is generated automatically. It is not sent to the assessed person unless you choose to. You can then generate the report you need (DISCpro® Performance, Motivation, Leader, Sales, Recruitment, Career orientation or Team).
What is the DISC method?
The DISC method measures four behavioural dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. Based on the work of Dr William Moulton Marston, it describes how a person acts, communicates and makes decisions. T8® applies this method to professional use cases with DISCpro® (recruitment, management, team cohesion, sales).
What types of DISC reports does T8® offer?
T8® offers several reports: the individual report (DISCpro® Original), the team report (DISC Team), the managerial report (DISC Leader) and the sales report (DISC Sales), as well as other specialised reports (Motivation, Recruitment and Career orientation). Each report is based on the same assessment but delivers a reading tailored to its use case.
Who is T8® for?
T8® is for independent consultants, consulting and recruitment firms, corporate HR teams, schools and training centres, as well as software vendors who want to integrate DISC via API.
Is the DISC test free?
T8® offers a free DISC test to discover the platform. This report is intended as a preview and cannot be used commercially. Full reports can then be generated per unit or via subscription, from $79 / €69. No credit card is required for the trial.
How much does T8® cost?
Either pay per report credit. One report costs $79 / €69. Or choose unlimited subscriptions starting at €125 / $140 per month.
Does T8® offer an API?
Yes. T8® provides an API that lets software vendors and HR platforms integrate DISC assessments and report generation directly into their own product.
Are T8® reports customisable?
Yes. T8® lets you customise reports with white labelling: logo, modules and custom pages.
Is the T8® assessment scientifically reliable?
T8® reports are based on the DISCpro® method, built on validated behavioural models (drawing on 40 years of research) and an algorithm proven across more than 50,000 assessments. DISC is a behavioural description tool: it clarifies communication and collaboration styles, without being a clinical test or an absolute predictor of performance. It is a decision-support document.
Do I need a DISC certification to use T8®?
No prior certification is required to generate reports with T8®. The platform includes e-learning training on the DISC method, so you can build skills and use reports independently.
In which countries and languages is T8® available?
T8® can be used in every country, and is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Dutch and Italian.
